Returns & Exchanges

  • Final Sale: All handmade jewelry is non-returnable.

  • Exchanges: We gladly offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within this timeframe with photos of the issue.

  • Custom Orders: Custom and personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Order Issues

If your jewelry arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at support@lelalea.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Repairs

We stand by the quality of our work. If your piece requires a repair due to craftsmanship within 30 days of purchase, we will provide complimentary repair service. After 30 days, repair fees may apply.
